Talk and Thrive This course helps learners improve spoken English and listening skills through the theme of wellbeing and everyday communication. Learners will build confidence, reduce isolation, and feel more connected to their community while practising functional English for daily life. Topics include wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, stress, and community connections.
