Description of the course and specific aims A 6 week course consisting of 3 hours weekly covering a different module each week.The course is a good introduction for those who are volunteering, or about to start within different children and adult settings .The course is a good introduction to key pieces of legislation which may impact on your volunteering work. The sessions provide chance for discussion, group/individual work/activities. The course is also a good introduction for people starting to think of getting back into work by starting as a volunteer. The course has had good feedback from attendees in that it also gives individuals confidence in getting in to the learning environment, social skills etc.-
