Private Housing Workshop
Wider Learning Opportunity
A workshop put on by RETAS for anyone who is trying to find private housing in Leeds. It helps with understanding the process and language that you will need. All welcome, no need to register – just turn up.
This is a standalone workshop, but attendees who feel they need more support are welcome to attend more than once. It is recommended for:
- Asylum seekers who have been in the UK for over 6 months and are awaiting status
- New refugees who may be preparing to leave hotel accommodation
- Anyone else who may benefit
- Please note: this workshop does not cover social or council housing. The focus is purely on private rented accommodation.
Bus tickets are reimbursed for asylum seekers who purchase a day ticket.
