Accredited Duration-1 session per week for 5 weeks 3 hours per session Held throughout the year at Crosland Moor CLC, at ‘outreach’ centres and online.
This course is designed to provide the learner with an in depth knowledge of the food hygiene requirements for work or volunteering.
Suitable for people who want to work or volunteer in a place that prepares, serves or sells food to members of staff and/or to the general public.

- Temperature control Deliveries,
- Cleaning & Disinfection,
- Design Of Premises Pest Control,
- Food Safety & The Law,
