Get involved in Research: The Effect of Post-Migration Challenges and Social Support on the Wellbeing of Refugees in the UK

What is this study about?

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between social support, post-migration difficulties, and psychological well-being in refugees. We are conducting a survey to better understand the challenges refugees face, the social support they receive, and how these affect psychological wellbeing.    Ethical approval is obtained.

What will participants need to do if they decide to participate in the study?

You will be invited to respond to questions on basic demographic information, challenges you faced, social support you received, and the well-being of refugees in the UK. The survey questions consist of self-report measures and basic information and do not require identifiable and personal information. However, to access the survey, participants must read the information about the study and consent to participate. The survey may take 20 minutes to complete.

Who can participate in completing the survey in this study?

Anyone who has lived as a refugee for at least a year or more in the UK and is over 18 years old. Your participation is completely voluntary, and the information collected will be kept confidential
