ESOL for Driving in the UK

This is an English language course for speakers of other languages (ESOL) to improve confidence and develop language skills for driving in the UK. It is open to learners from Entry 2 to Entry 3 level. The language covered will include vocabulary for driving in the UK. Learners will learn the parts of a car, the motorway and pedestrian crossings etc as well as phrasal verbs, preposition and other language around driving.

What wider skills & personal development does this course provide?

You will develop skills in communication, group work, presenting, timekeeping, and be starting to develop subject knowledge. You will also improve your reading, writing, listening and social skills, hence enhancing your confidence to use essential skills in everyday life.
