English for Administration

This course is for learners who want to improve their vocabulary, communicate confidently, learn formal and informal use of language in the context of office administration skills including: ●Analyse existing skills/identify the skills needed to be developed against an administration assistant role ●Work to achieve organisation’s purpose and values ●Understand own responsibilities and rights at work, support diversity, maintain security and confidentiality and health & safety at work ●Develop effective communication and team working skills ●Develop knowledge of filing systems (manual and computerised), telephone skills and operate office equipment ●Learn how to improve own performance

You will develop skills in communication, group work, presenting, timekeeping, and be starting to develop subject knowledge. You will also improve your reading, writing, listening and social skills, hence enhancing your confidence to use essential skills in everyday life.
