BEAM are really excited to introduce our new employment support programme commissioned by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority! Mission – To empower West Yorkshire residents by supporting up to 150 individuals to start work and improve their employability skills over the next year. Program – Offers participant an intensive 8 weeks of an employment course over 2-3 hrs each week, including 1-1 employment support sessions with a specialised employment coach, as well as a structure learning programme. This is then followed by up to 12 weeks of further 1-1 employment support, if requested. We also tailor our support to each individual’s needs, covering areas such as CV creation, interview preparation, and career planning.
