Course content
This course will help you improve your ability to talk, listen, read and write in English. It is suitable for you if you’re a beginner and English is your second language.This course will help you:
- Gain confidence
- Communicate better in your daily life
- Complete everyday tasks in English
- Listen and respond to simple requests
- Follow simple step instructions
- Speak clearly to be heard and understood
- Better recognise words, signs and symbols
- Follow simple narratives on familiar topics
- Decode simple, regular words
- Construct a simple sentence
- Spell familiar words correctly
- Use basic punctuation
- Grammar
