ESOL for Driving in the UK

This is an English language course for speakers of other languages (ESOL) to improve confidence and develop language skills for driving in the UK. It is open to learners from Entry 2 to Entry 3 level. The language covered will include vocabulary for driving in the UK. Learners will learn the parts of a car, the motorway and pedestrian crossings etc as well as phrasal verbs and other language around driving. They will practice finding their way around the UK and how to ask for and give directions.At the end of your course your tutor will discuss your next steps with you, whether that be further developing your English language skills or you feel you require support in another area.
