About this class
A (free) friendly, relaxing English conversation class aimed at helping people practice their language skills, build up their confidence, and socialise. Classes are Tuesdays 10-12pm at Global Cafe, BD7 1RB, and we organise regular trips to places such as Malham, East Riddlesdon Hall, and local museums.
The class is mixed ability and there is no registration required – feel free to drop-in whenever you can.

Our CHAT English Club is a weekly English conversation class open to both people seeking asylum and any other non-English speaking members of the community. We offer a fun and friendly learning environment for those wishing to practice their English conversational skills. The class is open to all levels and focuses on conversation, building confidence and enjoyment. We also like to get out and about and explore the local area! The class takes place on Tuesday mornings from 10 to 12am at The Discovery Centre, 1 Sherborne Road, BD7 1RB. No referral needed, just come along and join in!
